The Central Coast Water Authority is currently seeking an Engineering Manager.
We are looking for a team-oriented individual committed to learning, innovative problem solving and who is positive, approachable and has the utmost integrity to join our excellent staff.
This position reports to the Deputy Director, and will perform professional engineering and project management work related to the evaluation, planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of Central Coast Water Authority’s (CCWA) Polonio Pass Water Treatment Plant, Santa Ynez Pumping Plant, treated water distribution pipeline and ancillary facilities.
A Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, or another closely related field and a Certificate of Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of California are required.
The Engineering Manager will be based in the CCWA Buellton Administrative Office but may occasionally be required to be present any location along the 142 mile pipeline, extending from the Polonio Pass WTP in San Luis Obispo County to Lake Cachuma in Santa Barbara County.
